Time marches on with no way of stopping it. 2021 is getting nearly at it’s end. The shops are full of Christmas music and present ideas. 2021 hasn’t been what I expected or wanted but there has been fleeting moments of joy amongst the difficult times.
“In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life: it goes on.” – Robert Frost
My weekly jewellery change is a beautiful example of how my life and my blog just keeps going. Through the non-sexy times and the outrageously flirtatious moments and on through the crying my eyes out in the middle of the night because I don’t know if I can keep going times.
It’s a routine that helps keep me going. My own personal photographic prompt that I’ve managed to do for the last 203 weeks without a break. Most of them might look like quick snaps but I’ve probably spent more time on my weekly jewellery change images than anything else on my blog . A reminder to me that I can manage one step at a time. One weekly image at a time.

Today’s change has a slight Christmassy feel to match my mood and shopping needs this Saturday.
